The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted the weather for today, stating that it will be partly cloudy with low clouds appearing over the eastern coast. The NCM also mentioned that dust will blow, specifically due to light to moderate winds that may freshen at times, especially in the eastward direction. The temperatures for today may range from a low of 26℃ to a high of 49℃ in the internal regions.

As the day progresses, dusty conditions are expected in the morning, with the weather becoming more humid by night and into Tuesday morning over some Western coastal areas, with a chance of mist formation. Winds are predicted to blow in the southeasterly to northeasterly direction in the mountains, reaching speeds of up to 40kmph. In the coast, islands, and internal areas, winds will blow in a northwesterly to northeasterly direction at similar speeds.

The sea conditions are expected to be slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate, with a possibility of becoming rough at times by night in the Oman Sea. It is important to stay updated with the latest news and developments regarding the weather. With the temperatures rising to as high as 49℃ in the internal regions, it is important for residents to take necessary precautions to stay cool and hydrated. It is advisable to avoid outdoor activities during the peak heat hours and to stay indoors in air-conditioned spaces wherever possible. Wearing loose, light-colored clothing and using sunscreen when going outside can help protect against the harsh sun and prevent heat-related illnesses.

As the winds pick up speed in certain areas, it is recommended to secure any loose objects that could be blown away and to take precautions while driving, especially in areas where visibility may be reduced due to dust blowing. Being mindful of the weather conditions and staying informed about any changes can help individuals make informed decisions and stay safe. Following the guidelines and recommendations provided by meteorological authorities can ensure a smooth and safe experience during changing weather conditions.
