Flydubai recently launched its new Business Class check-in at Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport. The new facility offers personalized meet and assist service, seated check-in, and fast track service through passport control and security lanes. This dedicated check-in area is the first of its kind for Business Class passengers and is located near Entrance 3 at Terminal 2. Additionally, a separate kerbside drop-off area and entrance have been allocated for Business Class passengers, along with a complimentary porter service.

The new check-in area at Terminal 2 is designed to reflect the timeless beauty of desert dunes, with sweeping arches, warm tones, and minimalist aesthetics. The lounge offers a quiet relaxation space with a traditional Arabic welcome, providing customers with refreshing towels, coffee, dates, or refreshments. This space creates an inviting and comfortable environment for passengers seeking efficiency and comfort. The new check-in facility is available to all flydubai Business Class customers traveling from Terminal 2, and customers who upgrade to Business Class before check-in can also access the new service.

Flydubai CEO, Ghaith Al Ghaith, expressed excitement about extending personalized service to Business Class customers on the ground as well as in the cabin. The new service aims to make the journey efficient, hassle-free, and enjoyable for passengers from the moment they arrive at Terminal 2 until they reach their destination. Flydubai has a network of over 125 destinations in 55 countries across Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Central and Southeast Europe, the GCC, the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. The airline has introduced more than 90 new routes that were previously not directly linked to Dubai, and it operates a young and efficient fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft.

Overall, the launch of the new Business Class check-in facility at Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport by flydubai aims to enhance the travel experience for premium passengers. The personalized service, dedicated check-in area, and fast track service through passport control and security lanes provide convenience and efficiency for Business Class customers. The design of the facility, inspired by desert dunes, creates a welcoming and comfortable environment for passengers, offering a quiet space for relaxation and traditional Arabic hospitality. Flydubai continues to expand its network and fleet, aiming to provide quality service to customers traveling to various destinations worldwide.
