The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a yellow warning for rough seas until 10am on Friday, with fair weather and a slight decrease in temperature across the country. Temperatures are expected to reach up to 40ºC in Abu Dhabi and 36ºC in Dubai. Light to moderate winds, at times freshening, are expected to blow, causing dust. The sea will be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf, while in the Oman Sea, it will be rough in the morning but become moderate to slight later.

It is important to check weather conditions before heading out, and to exercise caution during this time. The decrease in temperature may provide some relief from the heat but it is still essential to stay hydrated and take necessary precautions to avoid heat-related illnesses. It is also advisable to secure any loose items outdoors due to the expected strong winds.

With the sea conditions varying between moderate to rough, it is advisable for fishermen and sailors to exercise caution while venturing out. Following safety guidelines and recommendations from the authorities is crucial to avoid any untoward incidents. Ensure that all safety equipment is in place and that proper communication devices are available in case of emergencies. If the sea conditions deteriorate further, it is best to avoid any water activities and seek shelter until the situation improves.

The fluctuating sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea are typical during this time and are closely monitored by the NCM. It is essential to pay attention to any updates or warnings issued by the weather department to stay informed and safe. By staying updated on the latest weather forecasts and following safety precautions, individuals can ensure their well-being and avoid any potential risks. Planning outdoor activities accordingly and being prepared for any changes in weather conditions is key to enjoying a safe and comfortable experience during this period.
