Ras Al Khaimah Police recently announced a roadwork alert for motorists in the area. The authorities informed residents of an upcoming detour on Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Street near the Al Fanous Roundabout, which will be in place until September 20. Drivers are advised to exercise caution and plan their routes accordingly as roadwork is scheduled from 12 am to 6 am daily. It is essential for motorists to follow traffic rules during this period.

In addition to the ongoing roadwork, a new advanced artificial intelligence camera system has been installed across Ras Al Khaimah roads to enhance security measures. The real-time data system aims to support the police in decision-making, predicting and preventing crimes, and managing traffic incidents more efficiently. Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi highlighted that these intelligent systems analyze traffic patterns and criminal behaviors to provide real-time data for enhancing emergency response times.

The intelligent monitoring system allows for the early identification of potential hot spots and the prediction of criminal activities, ensuring quicker intervention and a significant reduction in response times for both traffic accidents and criminal incidents. The police aim to use this technology to enhance overall safety and security in Ras Al Khaimah. Motorists are reminded to adhere to traffic rules and regulations during this period of roadwork to ensure smooth traffic flow and safety on the roads.

It is crucial for drivers in Ras Al Khaimah to stay updated with the latest news and alerts from the authorities. Following KT on WhatsApp Channels can provide timely information about roadwork, detours, and other important updates for motorists in the area. Planning routes in advance and staying informed can help drivers navigate through the city more efficiently and safely during the ongoing roadwork period on Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Street.

As the roadwork continues in Ras Al Khaimah, drivers are urged to remain vigilant and alert while on the roads. It is important to follow traffic signs and instructions from authorities to ensure the safety of all road users. With the installation of advanced artificial intelligence camera systems and real-time data monitoring, the police are working towards improving security measures and response times in the city. By cooperating with the authorities and following traffic rules, motorists can contribute to a safer and smoother traffic flow in Ras Al Khaimah.
