UAE Team ADQ’s Eleonora Gasparrini secures victory in Stuttgart – News

Eleonora Gasparrini, a cyclist from UAE Team ADQ, recently celebrated her third victory of the season by winning the Women’s Cycling Grand Prix Stuttgart & Region after clinching a bronze medal at the World Under 23 European Championships. She emerged victorious with a strong sprint, beating out competitors Lieke Nooijen and Mareille Meijering. Her teammate, Dominika Wlodarczyk, also performed well, finishing in sixth place. The race covered a distance of 118.2km from Böblingen to Stuttgart, with Eleonora’s strategic teamwork playing a significant role in her success.

Throughout the race, Eleonora emphasized the outstanding performance of her teammates, who helped control the pace and position themselves well. In the final stretch, with only three riders remaining, she gave her all in the decisive sprint that secured her the victory. The support and cohesion within the team were instrumental in achieving this win, highlighting the strategic planning and teamwork that UAE Team ADQ has focused on throughout the season. The consistent effort and united approach have paid off, showcasing the team’s talent and dedication to success in the cycling world.

In addition to Eleonora’s victory, teammate Erica Magnaldi also participated in the race, alongside Emirati rider Safiya Alsayegh, who gained valuable European racing experience after competing in the Olympics in Paris. The UAE Development Team’s young riders, Hannah Kunz and Beatrice Caudera, also took part in the event, further highlighting the team’s commitment to nurturing young talent. Melissa Moncada, the Head of UAE Team ADQ, praised Eleonora’s remarkable talent and the team’s strategic cohesion that led to the victory, emphasizing the team’s focus on teamwork and individual excellence.

Apart from the Grand Prix Stuttgart & Region, UAE Team ADQ was also active at the Grand Prix International d’Isbergues – Pas de Calais Féminin in France. Chiara Consonni finished seventh in the 131.6km race, showcasing the team’s consistent performance across different events. Karolina Kumiega was recognized for her achievement in winning the final KOM classification of the race, further highlighting the team’s success and dedication to various aspects of competitive cycling. The team’s participation in multiple events demonstrates their commitment to excellence and competitiveness in the sport.

Eleonora’s victory at the Women’s Cycling Grand Prix Stuttgart & Region adds to UAE Team ADQ’s successful season, reflecting their strategic planning and teamwork that have become the foundation of their achievements.
