The conflict in Gaza has led to 300 days of suffering for Palestinian expats in the UAE, who fear for the safety of their families back home. Families have lost homes, belongings, and loved ones due to airstrikes, leading to a dire situation for many. Reem, a Dubai resident, shares the heartbreaking story of her sister and her children forced to live in tents after their house was destroyed.

Salma, another expat, also recounts the tragic loss suffered by her family members in Gaza. The destruction of homes, schools, and livelihoods has left many struggling to survive. Despite the challenges, Reem and Salma are doing their best to provide financial and emotional support to their loved ones in Gaza.

Sami, another resident, highlights the difficulties faced by Palestinians living abroad in keeping in touch with their families in Gaza. The lack of resources and access to essential supplies have made life unbearable for many in the conflict-stricken region. Sami’s family relies on aid supplies that are often scarce or stolen.

Ahmed, another expat, describes the past 300 days as a nightmare, with the trauma taking a devastating toll on him and his family. The constant fear of losing loved ones and the inability to live a normal life have left many feeling hopeless. The ongoing conflict has disrupted the lives of many Palestinians, leading to unimaginable grief and anxiety for those living abroad.

Despite the challenges, expats like Reem, Salma, Sami, and Ahmed continue to support their families in Gaza, providing whatever help they can. The ongoing conflict in Gaza has had a profound impact on the lives of Palestinians, both in the region and abroad, highlighting the urgent need for peace and stability in the area. The international community must come together to address the root causes of the conflict and work towards a lasting solution for the people of Gaza.
