Starting in July, travellers will have the opportunity to book direct flights from Fujairah to Cairo, as announced by Fujairah’s international airport. Two flights will operate between the two cities every week on Sundays and Thursdays, in a partnership between Fujairah Airport administration and Egypt’s state-owned flag carrier, Egyptair. This new route is part of efforts to increase travel options to and from the emirate and meet the growing demand for local and regional trips.

Captain Ismail Al Balushi, the director-general of Fujairah International Airport, emphasized that this initiative aims to provide a comfortable travel experience with quick clearance procedures to enhance trips to and from the emirate. This move aligns with the airport’s previous announcement to connect Fujairah to 18 new destinations in cooperation with Oman’s SalamAir. By expanding flight routes and partnerships, Fujairah Airport aims to cater to the travel needs of residents and visitors in the region.

Travelling between Fujairah and Cairo has now become more convenient and accessible, thanks to the introduction of direct flights. Passengers can look forward to a smoother and more efficient travel experience, with increased options for local and regional trips. This new route also signifies the airport’s commitment to meeting the demands of its customers and enhancing connectivity between different destinations.

With the launch of the Fujairah-Cairo direct flights, travellers can expect a seamless journey between the two cities. The strategic partnership between Fujairah Airport and Egyptair further strengthens the aviation sector in the region, providing more opportunities for passengers to explore new destinations. By offering direct flights to Cairo, Fujairah Airport aims to attract more tourists and facilitate business travel between the two locations.

The collaboration between Fujairah Airport and Egyptair marks a significant milestone in the development of air travel in the region. By expanding flight routes and establishing key partnerships, the airport is positioning itself as a hub for domestic and international travel. The introduction of direct flights to Cairo is just one example of the airport’s commitment to enhancing connectivity and providing passengers with convenient travel options.

Travellers can now enjoy the convenience of booking direct flights from Fujairah to Cairo, thanks to the new partnership between Fujairah Airport and Egyptair. With two weekly flights between the two cities, passengers can benefit from increased travel options and streamlined travel experiences. This initiative underscores the airport’s efforts to meet the growing demand for travel in the region and enhance connectivity between Fujairah and key destinations like Cairo.
