UAE Jobs: Emirates Airlines Announces Cabin Crew Vacancies for Residents – News

Emirates Airlines has recently announced open opportunities for cabin crew positions specifically for UAE residents. The recruitment process involves checking eligibility criteria and filling out an online application form on the Emirates website. The vacancy is open to all nationalities residing and working in the UAE. Qualified applicants should have experience in hospitality or customer service, be fluent in English, and meet height requirements to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver exceptional service, be culturally aware, and reflect the Emirates personality.

In addition to meeting the qualifications for the role, candidates should demonstrate the ability to perform at high standards, be solution-oriented, and manage a demanding work schedule. The Emirates Group recently awarded its employees with a bonus equivalent to 20 weeks of their salary due to record-breaking profits. Applicants must submit a CV in English and a recent photo along with their application. The salary for cabin crew members consists of a fixed basic salary, an hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.

The basic salary for cabin crew members is approximately Dh4,430 per month, with flying pay of Dh63.75 per hour based on average flying hours per month. The total average pay is estimated to be around Dh10,170 per month. Meal allowances for night stops are credited to the salary the following month, and the company provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport. The ideal applicant for the position should have a positive attitude, excellent service skills, and the ability to provide an authentic experience to customers.

Emirates cabin crew members are expected to be based in Dubai and fulfill the UAE’s employment visa requirements. The role requires individuals to be professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan – reflecting the Emirates personality. Candidates should be culturally aware and have the determination to excel in their duties. The airline is seeking individuals who can handle a demanding work schedule and provide exceptional service to customers from various backgrounds.
