The UAE strongly condemned the ongoing Israeli violations in the Gaza Strip, particularly the recent targeting of tents for displaced persons, resulting in the deaths and injuries of dozens of innocent civilians. In response to an Israeli airstrike in Gaza City that killed 45 people in a tent camp, global leaders called for the implementation of a World Court ruling to stop Israel’s assault and ensure the protection of civilians. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the need for an immediate ceasefire, implementation of measures from the International Court of Justice, and the opening of the Rafah crossing to allow humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip.

The Ministry also called for international efforts to stop the escalation of violence in all parts of the occupied Palestinian territory and alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Saudi Arabia also condemned the Israeli violations and stressed the importance of upholding international resolutions and laws. The situation in Gaza remains dire, with civilians struggling to find food and necessities among the destruction caused by Israeli strikes. The international community must act urgently to address the crisis and ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to those in need.
