The Royal Oman Police (ROP) issued a statement online, announcing that the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command had arrested two Asian nationals for possessing over 22 kilograms of hashish, along with quantities of crystal meth, morphine, marijuana, and more than 2,600 psychotropic tablets.

The arrests were made after authorities conducted a thorough investigation and found the individuals in possession of a variety of illegal substances. The statement from ROP did not provide further details about how the individuals came into possession of such a large quantity of drugs or their intended use.
