Are you looking forward to getting your hands on the latest Apple products, including the new iPhone 16 lineup? Well, the wait is almost over as these new devices are set to go on sale tomorrow, September 20, across all UAE stores. However, this year, the usual crowd of people lining up outside the Apple stores seemed to be confused by the new arrangements, with strict crowd control measures in place. In the past years, Apple stores in Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates were flooded with eager customers queuing up in advance to grab the latest device.

While last year’s launch saw massive crowds gathering outside the stores, this year, things are a bit different. Security personnel are actively managing the crowds, directing them away from the store unless they have a specific need for existing products. Those who have reserved their iPhones online on September 13, will have a designated time slot to pick up their devices, with walk-ins not being entertained. However, queues will still be maintained for customers looking to purchase other products that do not require reservations.

With the new arrangements in place, only those who have made reservations for the iPhone will be granted entry to the first floor where the new iPhones will be on display. Customers like Ali, who arrived from India with a group of 50 others, were seen outside the store trying to figure out the situation. Similarly, Mohammed, a Pakistani national who arrived from China to buy the iPhone 16, is hopeful to get his hands on the device tomorrow. Content creator Rafeez Ahmed, who has reserved four iPhone 16’s, is looking forward to the launch day tradition of buying the latest iPhones for himself and his family.

The iPhone 16 lineup consists of the standard iPhone 16 starting at Dh3,399, and the iPhone 16 Plus priced at Dh3,799. Additionally, the iPhone 16 Pro starts at Dh4,299, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max is priced at Dh5,099 for its base model in the UAE. These new models come with exciting features such as a new camera control button and the innovative Action button for quick access to various functions. So, if you’re planning to get your hands on the latest Apple products, make sure to reserve your devices in advance and arrive at the store at your designated time to avoid any confusion. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience the latest technology from Apple!
