Spain’s forward Daniel Olmo has been a standout player at Euro 2024, showcasing his talent in the middle of the park for the Spanish national team. Despite his young age of 26, Olmo has impressed with his contributions to the team, scoring crucial goals and providing assists. His performance in the semi-final against France helped Spain secure a spot in the final, with three goals and two assists to his name so far in the tournament.

England’s Marc Guehi has also made a name for himself at Euro 2024, establishing himself as a key player in Gareth Southgate’s defensive setup. The 23-year-old central defender has been solid at the back for England, contributing to their impressive defensive record in the tournament. Guehi’s versatility was on display when he provided an assist for Jude Bellingham’s late equalizer against Slovakia, keeping England’s hopes alive for a maiden Euros triumph.

Netherlands forward Cody Gakpo has been a shining light for his team, leading them to their first Euros semi-final in 20 years before a defeat by England. The 25-year-old showcased his talent with crucial goals in the group stage and knock-out rounds, including an opener against Romania and forcing an own goal against Turkey. Gakpo’s performance at Euro 2024 has been impressive, validating his big-money transfer to Liverpool.

Giorgi Mamardashvili, the towering goalkeeper for Georgia, has been a standout performer at Euro 2024, making 30 saves in four matches. Despite Georgia’s early exit in the tournament, Mamardashvili’s presence between the sticks was a calming influence for the team in their first-ever Euros appearance. The 23-year-old’s performances have not gone unnoticed, with his solid displays catching the eye of La Liga fans.

Austria’s Marcel Sabitzer has continued his stellar form from Borussia Dortmund to the Euro 2024, scoring crucial goals for his national team. The midfielder played a key role in Austria’s group stage win over the Netherlands, securing top spot with a thunderous strike under the crossbar. Sabitzer’s energy and goal-scoring threat have been vital for Austria’s campaign, despite their early exit in the knock-out stages.

Overall, Euro 2024 has been a showcase of young talents and established players making their mark on the European stage. From the likes of Dani Olmo and Marc Guehi to Cody Gakpo and Giorgi Mamardashvili, these players have shown their quality and potential in the tournament. As the final between England and Spain approaches, fans can expect an exciting clash between two talented teams led by standout performers like Olmo, Guehi, and Gakpo.
