The Al Shaqab League Ends with Thrilling Competitions

The Al Shaqab League Show Jumping Championship recently concluded at the Longines Indoor Arena in Doha, Qatar, with a display of remarkable talent and skill. Maryam Jassim Al Suwaidi and Mohammed Faisal Al Kohla took the top spots in the Ladies Class and Future Champions categories respectively, while Amer Hamad Al Mansori emerged as the overall winner in the Junior Champions and Youth Champions categories. The final day of the championship saw Haya Abdulla Al Mohannadi and Godette securing victory in the 90cm Ladies Class with a flawless performance. Hadi Mansour Al Shahwani and Coco Channel SB claimed the Future Champions title in the same height, while Alghala Turky Al Subaey and Al Dafna took home the 80cm win. Suhaim Hamad Al Yafei and Just In Time clinched the title in the Youth Champions category.

On the opening day of the championship’s final round, Amer Hamad Al Mansori rode Levant to victory in the 100cm contest, clocking an impressive 27.51 secs in the jump off. Mariam Abdulkarim Abd and Azarro excelled in the 60cm class, while Al Najla Abdulla Al Khulaifi and Pedro emerged victorious in the 40cm category. The competition showcased the depth of talent and determination among the participants, with each rider demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication to their craft.

The championship provided a platform for equestrian enthusiasts to witness thrilling displays of show jumping prowess, with riders and their horses navigating challenging courses with precision and agility. The Longines Indoor Arena served as the perfect backdrop for the intense competition, with spectators cheering on their favorite riders as they competed for top honors in their respective categories.
