The Al Rawabi Group hosts their third Town Hall Meeting in Doha

Al Rawabi Group of Companies recently held its 3rd Town Hall Meeting in Doha, bringing together key leadership figures and employees. Among those present were Managing Director Mohammed Abdulla, Executive Director Ajmal Abdulla, Group Director Muhammed Sadhiq, Group Director Harris Thayyil, and Group General Manager Kannu Baker. The event was a platform for the company to recognize and appreciate its workforce.

A major highlight of the meeting was the acknowledgment of over 100 long-serving employees who have dedicated 15 years or more to the company. This gesture showcased Al Rawabi Group’s deep gratitude for the loyalty and commitment shown by its staff. The event also celebrated the academic achievements of employees’ children through the “Edu Rawabi” initiative, an educational program close to Managing Director Mohammed Abdulla’s heart.

Moreover, the Town Hall Meeting saw the launch of the “Ideas Club,” a platform designed to encourage creativity and innovation among Al Rawabi employees. The club provides an open space for staff to share ideas and contribute to the company’s continuous growth, reflecting the company’s belief that innovation flourishes when creativity is nurtured. This initiative aims to inspire employees to think outside the box and contribute to the company’s success.

At the event, Group General Manager Kannu Baker delivered an inspiring talk on “Progressive Leadership,” emphasizing the importance of technical, human resource, and conceptual skills in enhancing employees’ leadership qualities. His insightful address provided valuable insights into the significance of these skills in driving personal and professional growth, leaving a lasting impact on the attendees.
