Aspire Academy’s grade 12 student-athletes recently participated in an “Office Experience Simulation Exercise” organized by the Academy’s Human Resources (HR) team. The purpose of this event was to provide the young athletes with a realistic experience of applying for jobs and integrating into the workplace. Director of Human Resources, Khalid AlHamar, emphasized the importance of preparing student-athletes for life after school, not just academically but also in terms of professional skills and readiness for the workplace.
