Six teams from the FIBA WASL Sub-Zone Leagues will make up the Final 8, including champions Kuwait Club, Manama, Kazma, Al Riyadi, Shahrdary Gorgan, and Sagesse Sports Club. These teams will be joined by BC Astana from Central Asia and Tamil Nadu from South Asia. The two finalist clubs will earn a spot in the inaugural Basketball Champions League Asia, to be played in Dubai from June 9-15.
