The Junior Selection Committee has recently announced India’s Under-19 squad for the upcoming home series against Australia Under-19. The series will consist of three ODIs and two four-day matches, to be played in Puducherry and Chennai. The series will start with the three ODI matches on September 21, 23, and 26, followed by the two four-day matches from September 30 to October 7.
Mohd Amaan from Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) will lead the Men in Blue in the white-ball format, while Soham Patwardhan from Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA) will captain the team in the red-ball format. One of the players selected for the series is Samit Dravid, the son of former Indian Cricket Team coach Rahul Dravid.
