The reigning Olympic champion cleared a height of 2.31 meters, equaling his season’s best and solidifying his status as a top contender for the Paris 2024 Games. The competition featured a lineup of 10 jumpers, including notable athletes like Brandon Starc, Donald Thomas, Tobias Potye, and Edgar Rivera.
Barshim showcased his skill by flawlessly clearing the bar at 2.24 and 2.27 meters before successfully reaching 2.31 meters on his first attempts.
