Sheikha Noor Abdulla Al-Thani, Head of Tourism Events and Festivals Organising Section at Qatar Tourism, highlighted the exciting line-up of events planned for September, catering to all tastes, ages, and budgets. The Qatar Calendar’s September edition unveils a packed roster of events, ranging from immersive exhibitions to trade fairs, lively theatrical performances, energizing concerts, artistic workshops, and sports tournaments.

Immersive exhibitions are a key highlight of the events in September, with various exhibitions showcasing different themes. From ‘Honour The Past, To Celebrate the Future: Qatar’s Educational Vision Exhibition’ at Liwan Design Studios and Labs, showcasing the journey of female education in Qatar, to ‘Mohamed Melehi: A Giant of Postcolonial Art in Morocco Exhibition’ at Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art, highlighting Moroccan artistic wonders, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, ‘In the Footsteps of Ara Güler: Exploring the Photographer’s Legacy’ at the Museum of Islamic Art and ‘Space Art Exhibition: Cosmic Canvas’ at Al Thurayya Planetarium offer unique experiences for art and astronomy enthusiasts.
