Saudi Foreign Minister meets with Canadian and Venezuelan counterparts in New York

Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan recently held discussions with foreign ministers of Canada and Venezuela in New York during the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly. In his meeting with the Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Melanie Joly, they focused on enhancing bilateral relations and discussed recent regional and international developments. The Saudi Ambassador to the US Princess Reema bint Bandar and Director General of the foreign minister’s office Abdulrahman Aldawood were also present at the meeting.

Additionally, Prince Faisal met with Venezuelan Minister of the People’s Power for Foreign Affairs Yvan Gil Pinto to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations, as well as major regional and international developments. The discussions included Saudi Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz Alwasil, Director General Abdulrahman Aldawood, and Advisor Mohammed Al-Yahya.

In another high-profile meeting, Prince Faisal talked with Prime Minister of Grenada Dickon Mitchell about enhancing bilateral relations and opportunities for cooperation in various fields. Grenada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Export Development Joseph Andall, along with Saudi Ambassador to US Princess Reema bint Bandar, were also present at the meeting. These meetings highlight Saudi Arabia’s commitment to building stronger relationships with various countries and exploring opportunities for cooperation.

Overall, Prince Faisal’s discussions in New York focused on strengthening bilateral relations, enhancing cooperation, and discussing major regional and international developments.
