Response Plus Holding, the leading provider of pre-hospital care and emergency medical services in the UAE and KSA, has announced its interim half-year financial results for 2024, ending on June 30th. The group reported a significant increase in revenue, reaching DH209.88 million in the first half of 2024, a 24% growth from the previous year. The net profit after taxation and acquisition costs for Prometheus Medical International was DH27.17 million, indicating a strong financial performance for the period.

Moreover, the Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the first half of 2024 improved to 0.14, compared to 0.13 in the same period in 2023. Total assets of RPM also saw an increase to DH351 million from DH298.18 million as of December 31st, 2023. The total equity by June 30th, 2024, amounted to DH235.98 million, showing growth and stability in the organization’s financial position.

The Board of Directors declared an interim cash dividend of DH15 million for shareholders, reflecting the company’s commitment to value creation for its investors. The growth in revenue and net profit during the first half of 2024 can be attributed to RPM’s focus on cost optimization, increased efficiency, and productivity throughout the organization. The CEO, Dr. Rohil Raghavan, expressed his satisfaction with the group’s performance and reiterated a commitment to excellence and growth.

Dr. Raghavan emphasized RPM’s plans to expand its services in various business verticals within pre-hospital and emergency care, aiming to enhance operational efficiencies. The group is also exploring strategic partnerships in existing and new markets to sustain its growth trajectory. With a vision supported by the board and expertise of the team, RPM anticipates strong growth in the second half of 2024, driven by the trust of its shareholders.

In April 2024, Response Plus Holding completed the acquisition of Prometheus Medical International, a UK-based company, as part of its global expansion strategy. This acquisition aligns with RPM’s goal to improve service offerings and geographic reach in the UK and the Nordic region, leveraging Prometheus’ expertise in combat medical training and consultancy services. Response Plus Holding PJSC encompasses various subsidiaries, including Response Plus Medical, OccuMed Clinic, RPM Medical Manpower Supply, and Health Tech Training Center, expanding its presence in multiple sectors and regions.

The successful financial results and strategic acquisitions by Response Plus Holding highlight the group’s commitment to excellence and growth in the pre-hospital care and emergency medical services sector. With a focus on operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and expansion in new markets, RPM is well-positioned for continued success and value creation for its shareholders. As the company moves forward with its expansion plans and strategic partnerships, it aims to further enhance its service offerings and geographic presence, ensuring a strong growth trajectory in the coming years.
