The Qatari shooting team recently had a successful outing at the Asian Shotgun Cup in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where they secured three medals in the trap competition. The team, consisting of talented shooters such as Kholoud Al Khalaf, Amna Al Abdullah, Maitha Al Binali, Mohammed Al Rumaihi, Rashid Hamad Al Athba, and Nasser Al Humaidi, showed great skill and determination throughout the championship. In the women’s trap team category, Al Khalaf, Al Abdullah, and Al Binali clinched the silver medal, while the men’s team, including Al Rumaihi, Al Athba, and Al Humaidi, claimed the bronze medal.

The success of the Qatari shooting team did not stop there, as they also achieved a bronze medal in the mixed team category. Al Athba and Al Khalaf displayed their talent and teamwork to secure a spot on the podium. The competition was tough, but the Qatari shooters proved their worth against strong teams from countries like China and Kuwait. With the trap events behind them, the Qatari shooters are now setting their sights on the skeet competitions, hoping to add more medals to their collection and further showcase their skills on the international stage.

The Qatar delegation, led by Ahmed Mubarak Al Kuwari, President of the Shotgun Team, has been proud of the team’s performance so far. The shooters have trained hard and put in a lot of effort to reach this level of success, and their dedication has paid off with the medals they have won. The Asian Shotgun Cup has provided a great platform for these athletes to compete against top shooters from Asian countries and gain valuable experience that will help them in future competitions.

The competition in Almaty will continue until September 30, giving the Qatari shooters more opportunities to shine and bring home more medals for their country. The support from fans and officials back home has been overwhelming, and the team is determined to make Qatar proud with their performances in the upcoming skeet events. The shooters are focused and motivated to do their best in every competition they participate in, and their efforts have not gone unnoticed by the international shooting community.

As the Qatari shooting team celebrates their success at the Asian Shotgun Cup, they are already setting their sights on future competitions and training hard to improve their skills even further. The athletes have proven themselves to be strong contenders in the trap and skeet events, and they are eager to continue making a name for themselves on the international shooting scene. With the support of their delegation and fans, the Qatari shooters are confident in their abilities and are determined to achieve even greater success in the future. Watch out for this talented team as they continue to make waves in the world of shooting sports.
