The Qatar national basketball team is gearing up to compete in the GCC U18 Basketball Tournament, which serves as a qualifier for the Asian Cup finals. The tournament, held at the Federation Hall at the Sheikh Saad Al Abdullah Complex in Sabah Al Salem, will include teams from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar. Qatar’s remaining matches will be against Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain on July 31, August 1, and August 2 respectively.

To prepare for the tournament, the Qatari team embarked on a three-week training camp in Istanbul, Turkey.
