During his speech, he highlighted the challenges facing Lebanon at political, economic, and humanitarian levels. He emphasized Qatar’s support for Lebanon’s people and partners, including the United Nations and the European Union. Al Khulaifi condemned the Israeli campaign on Lebanon as a violation of international law, calling for the respect of borders, security, stability, and human rights.

The country also prioritizes education during crises, with support from the ‘Education Above All Foundation’ to ensure the well-being of children and youth affected by war in Lebanon. Qatar’s World Cup legacy contributes innovative solutions to sustain education in emergency situations in Lebanon.
