The 44th Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) General Assembly recently took place in New Delhi, India with the participation of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC). Led by First Vice President HE Mohammed Yousef Al Mana, the QOC’s delegation included Second Vice President HE Dr Thani bin Abdulrahman Al Kuwari and Secretary-General HE Jassim bin Rashid Al Buainain.
