The Bluff, directed by Frank E Flowers, is set in the 19th century Caribbean and follows a former female pirate (played by Priyanka) who must protect her family when the sins of her past catch up to her. The movie, produced by AGBO Studios and Amazon MGM Studios, is directed and co-written by Frank E. Flowers. This project marks Priyanka’s second collaboration with The Russo Brothers after starring in their Amazon Original series Citadel. Priyanka recently wrapped shooting for the film Heads Of State, an action comedy featuring Idris Elba, John Cena, and Jack Quaid in key roles, directed by Ilya Naishuller.
Priyanka also announced her collaboration with the production team of Barry Avrich’s new feature documentary Born Hungry as a producer. In Bollywood, Priyanka has a film Jee Le Zaraa lined up in her kitty, but no updates have been provided by director Farhan Akhtar since the film’s announcement in 2021.
