The focus was on strengthening economic and trade ties, as well as promoting cultural and political cooperation between the GCC States and Brazil. Both sides expressed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in various fields, including energy, agriculture, technology, and education.

HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani emphasized the importance of fostering closer relations between the GCC and Brazil, highlighting the potential for mutual benefits and growth. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs from both sides expressed their optimism about the prospects for deeper collaboration and emphasized the need for continued dialogue and engagement.

The meeting also addressed regional and international issues of mutual concern, including the situation in the Middle East and Latin America. The ministers reaffirmed their commitment to upholding peace, stability, and security in both regions, and discussed ways to work together to address common challenges and promote peaceful resolutions to conflicts.

HE Mauro Vieira, the Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed his appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality extended by the GCC States, highlighting the shared values and interests that bind Brazil and the Gulf countries together. He emphasized the need for increased cooperation in areas such as climate change, sustainable development, and counterterrorism.

In conclusion, the joint ministerial meeting between the GCC States and Brazil reaffirmed the commitment of both sides to deepening cooperation and partnership in various fields. The discussions underscored the potential for further collaboration and highlighted the importance of working together to address shared challenges and promote mutual interests.
