Palestine’s national football team is back in Doha, Qatar, aiming to continue their success after an impressive run in the AFC Asian Cup earlier this year. Led by coach Makram Daboub, the team is focused on advancing to the third round of FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers. Currently placed second in their group, Palestine will face Lebanon in a crucial match that could secure their spot in the next stage of qualifiers and the Asian Cup.

The team’s captain, Musab Al Battat, expressed confidence in his team’s ability to win the upcoming match and move forward in the qualifiers. With strong support from fans in Qatar, the team is hopeful for a victory. Coach Daboub also believes in the potential of his players to compete for second place in the group and secure a historic qualification for the third round.

Palestine’s squad is not short of talent, with experienced players like Al Battat and striker Oday Dabbagh contributing to the team’s success. Despite the tough competition in their group, Palestine remains determined to make their mark in the qualifiers. Even if they do not secure a win against Lebanon, they will have another opportunity to advance when they face Australia in their final group match.

The team’s training camp in Doha is in full swing, with key players like Ameed Mahajna and Omar Faraj joining the squad for preparations. The team is focused on giving their best effort in the upcoming match and making their fans proud. With the support of the crowd behind them, Palestine is eager to continue their journey towards qualification and success in international competitions.

Palestine’s performance in the AFC Asian Cup drew praise and admiration for their determination and skill on the field. Now, the team is determined to build on that success and create more memorable moments in their footballing history. With a strong team and a supportive fan base, Palestine is poised to make a mark in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers and secure a spot in the next edition of the Asian Cup.

As they gear up for their crucial match against Lebanon, Palestine is focused on securing a win and advancing to the next stage of qualifiers. With their eyes set on the top two spots in the group, the team is determined to achieve their goal and continue their journey towards qualification. With the support of their fans and the talent of their players, Palestine is ready to take on the challenge and make their mark in international football.
