Dubai recently hosted the UAE-China Business Forum, with Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, in attendance. Over 300 delegates participated in the event, which aimed to enhance economic and trade relations between the UAE and China. The Chinese delegation was led by Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of China. Al Ghurair, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, underscored the importance of China as the UAE’s top trading partner and the growing significance of the Chinese market. He mentioned the establishment of three overseas offices in China by Dubai International Chamber to enhance investment opportunities and facilitate trade exchanges. The Forum featured panel discussions on joint investments, partnership frameworks, energy sector collaborations, and opportunities for cross-investment and trade.
