OMODA and JAECOO, two international automotive brands under the Chery Group in China, have recently opened a new 6,000-square-meter spare parts warehouse in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This move signifies a major milestone as they become the first Chinese automotive brands to enter the Saudi market directly, without the need for a local agent. The warehouse is stocked with over 3,000 SKUs, covering all parts needed for their new vehicle models – the OMODA C5 and JAECOO J7, currently displayed at POP-UP stores in malls across the Kingdom.

CEO Scott Wang expressed the company’s dedication to the Saudi market and commitment to providing exceptional sales, service, and parts availability. By establishing a direct presence in Saudi Arabia, OMODA and JAECOO aim to enhance customer experience through transparent dealings and competitive pricing. The new warehouse in Dammam was set up in partnership with MAERSK and utilizes SENDDEX express delivery for rapid spare parts distribution, ensuring customers receive parts within 48 hours.

OMODA and JAECOO International are planning to expand their presence in Saudi Arabia by opening more than 20 showrooms with comprehensive facilities by the end of 2024. This expansion will make it easier for customers to access sales, service, and spare parts in their local regions. In addition to the Dammam warehouse, the brands will be opening a new warehouse in Dubai, UAE, enhancing parts availability and response capabilities in the GCC region starting July 2024.

To gather customer feedback and opinions, OMODA and JAECOO have provided links to quick brand surveys, allowing customers to share their thoughts on the brands and their services. The partnerships with globally recognized companies such as MAERSK, CASTROL, and MID showcase OMODA and JAECOO’s commitment to providing high-quality products and services in Saudi Arabia and beyond. The expansion plans and initiatives demonstrate the brands’ dedication to meeting the needs of customers in the region and providing a seamless automotive experience.
