Omani and Tunisian governments discuss strategies to strengthen and empower women

Dr. Laila bint Ahmed Al Najar, the Minister of Social Development in Tunisia, recently met with Amal Belhaj Musa, the Family, Women, Children, and the Elderly Minister in the Republic of Tunisia. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss common concerns and find ways to collaborate in supporting and empowering women across various sectors. The two sides also talked about issues related to childhood, elderly care, and programs aimed at empowering women. Dr. Laila Al Najar took the opportunity to visit the Sadiq Idris Centre for the Elderly Care to learn about their facilities and services for the elderly.
