An agreement was signed in 2016 to establish a Centre for Arabic Language and Culture at Minsk State University, offering opportunities for students to study Arabic language at Sultan Qaboos University in Oman. Moreover, in April 2018, a memorandum of understanding was signed in Muscat focusing on heritage and culture, while another memorandum was signed between the National Museum of Oman and the Natural History Museum of Belarus to enhance cultural and museum activities. These initiatives aim to further strengthen cultural ties between the two nations.
