Throughout the race, Norris maintained a comfortable lead over Verstappen, eventually finishing half a minute ahead of the Red Bull driver. Verstappen, who has yet to win in Singapore, settled for second place, acknowledging the difficulty his team faced on the challenging street circuit. Hamilton, on older tyres, lost positions towards the end of the race, finishing behind Charles Leclerc in fifth. While Norris initially set the fastest lap, it was snatched away by Daniel Ricciardo in what could be his last race in F1.
Teammate Oscar Piastri had a strong race, starting from fifth and using a superior strategy to finish in third place, ahead of Hamilton and George Russell.
