The Capital Municipal Council in Manama has approved new property projects that will reshape the city with tall buildings and seafront nurseries. During its fourth session, the council, led by Engineer Saleh Tarada, signed off on changes to property classifications. One of the reclassifications included property number 04061510 in Sanabis, Block 406, for religious purposes. Other changes included reclassifying property number 03020977 in Hoora, Block 318, for connected buildings, and property number 06012419 for private residential ‘A’ zoning.

In addition to the property reclassifications, Mr. Eyad Faisal, Acting General Manager of Eskan Properties, presented several upcoming projects in the capital to the council. One of the projects discussed was the ‘Danat Al Seef’ project located in the Seef district. This project will occupy 3,264 square meters and will feature a twenty-story building with retail shops. The development of these new projects will add to the city’s skyline and transform the landscape of Manama.

The approval of these property projects signifies a shift in the city’s urban development, with a focus on taller buildings and modern amenities. The council’s decision to reclassify properties for different purposes highlights the importance of urban planning and zoning regulations in shaping the future of the capital. By allowing for diverse uses of these properties, the council is paving the way for sustainable growth and development in Manama.

The inclusion of seafront nurseries in the approved projects also reflects a commitment to green spaces and environmental sustainability in the city. By incorporating greenery into urban developments, the council is not only enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the city but also promoting a healthier and more sustainable living environment for residents. These seafront nurseries will provide a natural oasis amidst the urban landscape, offering residents a place to relax and connect with nature.

The new property projects approved by the Capital Municipal Council are set to revitalize the city’s real estate market and attract both residents and investors alike. With the construction of tall buildings and the introduction of modern amenities, Manama is positioning itself as a vibrant and dynamic urban center. The development of these projects will not only enhance the city’s infrastructure but also create opportunities for economic growth and job creation in the region.

Overall, the approval of these property projects by the Capital Municipal Council signals a new era of growth and development for the capital city of Manama. With the introduction of tall buildings, seafront nurseries, and modern amenities, the city is set to undergo a transformation that will enhance its urban landscape and attract both residents and visitors. By embracing sustainable development practices and prioritizing urban planning, the council is laying the foundation for a more vibrant and prosperous future for Manama.
