Another sexual assault lawsuit has been filed against American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, adding to the growing number of allegations against him regarding his treatment of women. The assault allegedly took place in 2003 after the victim was pressured to consume alcohol and marijuana, including a joint that she believed was laced with another narcotic. Combs is facing several civil lawsuits accusing him of being a violent sexual predator who used alcohol and drugs to subdue his victims, and his homes were raided by federal agents earlier this year.

The lawsuit alleges that McKinney still experiences depression, anxiety, body image issues, feelings of worthlessness, and intimacy issues as a result of Combs’s assault. It also accuses the rapper of using his influence to hinder McKinney’s career.
