Resorts World Cruises has officially launched Resorts World One in the Gulf in the Middle East, offering a variety of cruise options starting from November 1. The ship will homeport in Dubai via DP World’s Mina Port Rashid and will provide three weekly departures, including the 2 Night Sir Bani Yas Weekend Cruise, the 3 Night Oman Cruise, and the 2 Night Doha Cruise. Passengers can also combine these itineraries for longer cruise vacations of 4, 5, or 7 nights.

The Resorts World One will be certified as a Halal-Friendly Cruise Ship according to the official OIC/SMIIC Standard upon commencing its sailings from Dubai. The ship will also offer certified vegetarian and Jain cuisine options, with onboard public announcements made in both English and Arabic. Michael Goh, President of Resorts World Cruises, expressed excitement for the launch and the positive response received from the Gulf and various Asian markets, as well as travel partners. This deployment in the Gulf aims to boost inbound and outbound travel for the cruise tourism sector.

Saud Mohammed Saeed Hareb, Cruise Tourism & Yachting Lead at Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, emphasized the significance of cruise tourism in Dubai’s tourism industry and its alignment with the city’s economic agenda. The partnership with Resorts World Cruises aims to bring diverse cruise experiences to Dubai, solidifying its position as a leading global city for business and leisure. The efforts of the cruise line in understanding the market needs and offering world-class holiday experiences have been appreciated, and Dubai looks forward to welcoming the first passengers onboard Resorts World One.

Resorts World Cruises is a brand extension of the global Resorts World brand, which operates more than 30 properties worldwide in various continents with an annual visitation of approximately 40 million. This expansion into the Gulf with Resorts World One signifies the brand’s commitment to providing exceptional travel experiences to passengers from the region and around the world. The partnership with Dubai highlights the city’s appeal as a cruise hub in the region, offering a gateway to exploring the Middle East while enjoying luxurious amenities and services onboard Resorts World One.

In conclusion, Resorts World Cruises’ launch of Resorts World One in the Gulf marks an exciting development in the region’s cruise tourism sector. With a variety of cruise options and Halal-friendly certifications, the ship aims to provide a unique and inclusive experience for passengers. The partnership with Dubai reflects the city’s commitment to expanding its cruise tourism offerings and attracting travelers from diverse markets. As Resorts World Cruises continues to expand its presence globally, the launch of Resorts World One in the Gulf signifies a new chapter in luxury cruising experiences for travelers in the Middle East and beyond.
