Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has recently awarded a Dh1.8 billion contract to ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC for the construction of Como Residences, an exclusive residential tower located on Palm Jumeirah. The 75-storey tower is scheduled for handover in Q2 2028 and will offer just 81 residences, ranging from two- to seven-bedroom apartments, including a duplex penthouse. Each apartment at Como Residences will enjoy a stunning 180-degree view of the sea and skyline, with some apartments from level 23 and above having an extraordinary 360-degree panoramic view of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Ain Dubai.

Khalid Al Malik, the CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, stated that Como Residences reflects the company’s commitment to developing world-class destinations and sets a new standard for waterfront luxury in Dubai. The limited collection of exquisite residences, breathtaking views, and unparalleled amenities at Como Residences aim to solidify Dubai’s position as a global leader in real estate. Barry Lewis, the CEO of ALEC Engineering & Contracting, expressed confidence in the company’s ability to deliver a tower that will further elevate Dubai’s world-renowned city skyline, given their track record of executing ambitious projects in the region.

One of the unique features of Como Residences is its series of elevated private sandy beaches, with most levels of the residences boasting communal and private pools. The tower will stand over 300 meters tall and each floor will have a maximum of two apartments, ensuring exclusivity and luxury for residents. The apartments at Como Residences offer a luxurious urban living experience with curated amenities and opulent finishes that rival those of the most luxurious properties in Dubai. With its iconic design and prime location on Palm Jumeirah, Como Residences promises to be the pinnacle of waterfront living in the city.

Residents of Como Residences will have access to a range of world-class amenities, including private pools, a fitness center, spa, and concierge services to cater to their every need. The tower’s prime location on Palm Jumeirah provides residents with easy access to the vibrant lifestyle and attractions of Dubai. Como Residences aims to set a new standard for luxury living in Dubai, offering a unique and exclusive residential experience with breathtaking views of the sea and skyline. The tower is set to become a landmark in Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline and a symbol of the city’s ambition and commitment to excellence in real estate development.
