The competitions weren’t limited to the camels themselves. The Al Tamayoz race highlighted the skill of the riders, with Muaz bin Amer Al Saadi, Musa’ab bin Amer Al Saadi, Salim bin Ali Al Qutaiti, and Ali bin Salim Al Qutaiti all securing wins. Their expertise in guiding and controlling these powerful animals was on full display.

Additionally, Mohammed bin Yousef Al Rahbi and Mohammed bin Nasser Al Rahbi were recognized for their exceptional skills as distinct riders, further emphasizing the importance of horsemanship in this traditional sport. Omani heritage is deeply intertwined with these equestrian traditions, passed down through generations.

The conclusion of the Al Ardha competitions was presided over by Sheikh Hamid bin Nasser Al Kathiri, Deputy Wali of Al Amerat. He took the opportunity to honor the winners of each race, acknowledging their dedication and achievement.
