Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co. recently secured a Guinness World Record for the largest continuous concrete pour in history as part of their Kaheel project in Saudi Arabia. This groundbreaking achievement was announced at the Cityscape Global exhibition in Riyadh, where a documentary film showcased the challenging process of pouring massive amounts of concrete. The CEO, Mr. Abdullah Al-Habib, expressed immense pride in this national accomplishment and highlighted the company’s dedication to delivering innovative projects aligning with Saudi Arabia’s ambitious vision.

The success of this record-breaking feat was attributed to the collaborative efforts between Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co.’s teams and various government agencies. The company’s robust supply chain and deep expertise in real estate development played a crucial role in achieving this milestone. Al-Habib reaffirmed the company’s commitment to contributing to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and creating projects that enhance the quality of life for both residents and visitors.

Engineer Mansour Al-Otaibi, Vice President of Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co., provided further details on the record-breaking concrete pour. The operation, which began in 2024 and lasted for three consecutive days, involved 9,000 workers, 13,000 mixers, 87 pumps, and 6,500 trucks working together through a single entry point to complete the task. This remarkable achievement in the real estate sector exceeded the previous record by pouring an impressive 70,000 cubic meters of concrete.

In addition to the Guinness World Record, the Kaheel project has received international recognition by winning two major awards at the International Property Awards 2024 for “Best Mixed-Use Development” and “Best Residential Development.” Spanning 96,833 square meters, the project features 1,492 residential units and offers a fully integrated living experience with amenities such as an indoor park, a mosque, a sports club, a supermarket, walking paths, and over 30,000 square meters of green spaces.

The achievement of securing a Guinness World Record and receiving international awards highlights Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co.’s position as a leader in the Saudi real estate market and its role in shaping the future of the Kingdom’s urban development. The company’s commitment to delivering groundbreaking projects that enhance the quality of life for its residents reflects its dedication to contributing to the ambitious goals set forth by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative. Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co.’s success in the Kaheel project serves as a testament to its expertise and innovation in the real estate sector.
