MOEHE organizes orientation meeting for the sixth group of the ‘Tamheen’ program.

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, along with the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, organized an introductory meeting for the sixth cohort of the “Tamheen” program for the year 2024-2025. The program aims to provide national talents to work as teachers in the labor market. Director of the Training and Development Center at the MoEHE, Iman Salman Al Mohannadi, emphasized the importance of the program and provided tips for the participants to make the most of its plans and training stages. She assured that the Ministry is fully prepared to support them in their journey towards becoming qualified teachers.

Acting Director of the CGB, Dhabia Ahmed Al Buainain, highlighted the collaboration with the MoEHE to include vacant teaching positions through the national employment coordination platform “Kawader”. She emphasized the noble message and great responsibility that comes with the teaching profession and urged future teachers to continuously learn and develop their skills to contribute to Qatar National Vision 2030. The program aims to support participants in their journey towards becoming successful teachers in the country.

General Supervisor of the “Tamheen” program, Abla Saleh Al Kuwari, provided details about the program’s paths, importance, and the upcoming phases. The first phase is set to start from October 13 to January 23, followed by the second phase from January 26 to May 29. The program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles as teachers. It aims to support them in achieving their goals and contributing towards the vision of Qatar in the upcoming years.

The collaboration between the MoEHE and the CGB in implementing the “Tamheen” program reflects the government’s commitment to providing quality education and nurturing national talents in the teaching profession. The program is seen as a significant step towards localizing jobs in the government sector and ensuring that qualified individuals are available to fill teaching positions in the country. The messages shared during the introductory meeting emphasized the importance of dedication and continuous learning in order to excel in the teaching profession and contribute towards the country’s development goals.

Participants in the “Tamheen” program are encouraged to take advantage of the training opportunities and support provided by the Ministry and the CGB.
