The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in Doha has been actively involved in providing educational and advocacy programs for students during the summer vacation. With a focus on enhancing community partnership with state institutions, the Ministry aims to instill decisive values and morals in the nation’s children. The Religious Guidance Section of the Department of Call and Religious Guidance has been leading the efforts in organizing useful and beneficial programs for students, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and partnership in providing educational and advocacy initiatives.

Under the theme “Creativity and Enjoyment,” the Ministry presented 18 lectures and educational activities for over 620 students at the Barzan Youth Center in the Umm Salal area. These activities included movement exercises, games, educational programs, and recreational activities led by the Ministry’s preachers and educational supervisors. The program focused on presenting diverse educational and Islamic values in an innovative and engaging manner to ensure clear and easy understanding for all participants and attendees.

Director of the Department of Religious Call and Guidance, Malallah Abdul Rahman Al Jaber, highlighted the positive impact of the educational and advocacy program on the participating students. Feedback from the students indicated that they greatly benefited from the diverse and distinguished presentation of Islamic values and morals. The students expressed their appreciation for the Ministry’s efforts in providing impactful educational activities that resonated with them and helped in instilling important values and principles.

The Ministry’s continuous efforts in providing educational and advocacy programs during the summer vacation demonstrate its commitment to playing a significant societal role in nurturing the nation’s children. Through collaboration with state institutions and the participation of students in various educational activities, the Ministry aims to contribute to the moral and ethical development of the youth.
