Bahrain’s tourism sector is on the rise, thanks to a growing line-up of projects and events that are attracting visitors from the region and beyond. MP Mohammed Janahi has praised the efforts being made to boost tourism in the Kingdom, highlighting initiatives like the Hawar Islands development project. This project is seen as a game-changer that will not only draw in high-quality investments but also improve tourism services, fuel the economy, and create new job opportunities for locals.

Janahi has also applauded events like “Retro Manama” and “Muharraq Nights” for showcasing Bahrain’s heritage through culture and the arts. These events are not only drawing in tourists but also increasing interest in the country’s rich history. Additionally, attractions such as the “Winter Village” at The Avenues and the “Farmers’ Market” at Budaiya Botanical Garden are being seen as key efforts to broaden recreational options and cater to a wide mix of visitors.

One of Janahi’s key points is the importance of connecting tourism efforts with Bahrain’s cultural roots. He believes that by improving tourism infrastructure and creating events that celebrate the country’s heritage, Bahrain can offer unique and memorable experiences to visitors. Janahi also stressed the role of the private sector in driving tourism projects, highlighting the need for collaboration to ensure the success of these initiatives.

Overall, Bahrain’s tourism sector is gaining momentum, with a focus on sustainable growth and attracting a diverse range of visitors. By leveraging the country’s cultural heritage and working closely with the private sector, Bahrain is positioning itself as a go-to destination in the region. With ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure, create innovative events, and draw in high-quality investments, Bahrain’s tourism industry is set to continue its upward trajectory in the years to come.
