Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, and wife of Prince Harry, has announced the launch of her new lifestyle and cooking show on Netflix. The show, titled “With Love, Meghan,” is set to premiere on January 15 and will feature the actress sharing tips on cooking, gardening, crafting, flower arranging, and hosting. The series will also include appearances from guests such as celebrated chef Alice Waters, actress Mindy Kaling, and Meghan’s close friend Abigail Spencer. The trailer for the show, which briefly features Prince Harry, has already been released by Netflix.

In addition to her upcoming show, Meghan recently launched the lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard in March 2024. Since stepping back from their official royal duties in early 2020, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been working to establish their own sources of income. Their partnership with Netflix has already produced the highly acclaimed “Harry & Meghan” docuseries, which premiered in December 2022. The couple, who now reside in California, also have plans for a second series focusing on the world of professional polo, a sport that Prince Harry has long been passionate about.

Despite their success in forging their own path, Harry and Meghan have faced challenges in their relationship with the royal family. The couple has spoken out about their experiences of mistreatment and racism during their time as working royals, leading to their estrangement from the monarchy. Harry has reportedly not spoken to his brother William in months and has only made brief visits to the United Kingdom for important family events. In response to news of Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis, Harry and Meghan publicly sent well wishes for her health and the family’s healing.

Despite the challenges they have faced, Meghan and Harry remain committed to their new ventures and are grateful for the support they have received. Meghan’s new show represents a significant step in the couple’s journey to establish themselves as independent figures outside of the royal institution. With their Netflix partnership and innovative projects, Meghan and Harry are carving out a unique path for themselves in the world of entertainment and lifestyle media.
