Her efforts at the Sharjah Government’s Department of Housing led to the successful implementation of an automation project, setting a new standard for efficiency in the department.
As she progressed in her career, Moza highlighted the importance of mentorship and support in overcoming self-doubt and limited resources. Influential figures like Dr Aisha Bin Bishr and Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi inspired her journey and provided guidance along the way. Her move to Abu Dhabi in 2021 opened new opportunities for growth, allowing her to leverage her expertise in digital transformation within the media sector at the Creative Media Authority.
Despite being in a traditionally male-dominated field, Moza recognizes the responsibility she bears as a woman in a leadership position. She actively engages in mentorship and supports young Emirati women in the organization, fostering an environment where they can thrive and excel.
