In the Professional Individual Division, Jackson Bell from JGE shot a four under par 68 to win the top prize. Bell showcased his skills with birdies and a defining eagle on the finishing hole. The event saw seven pros breaking par, with two pros matching the par. The next Emirates PGA calendar event is the Lincoln DG Pro-Am at Jumeirah Golf Estates over the Earth course on Saturday, September 28th, 2024.

The Lincoln Pro-Am at Yas Links Abu Dhabi was deemed successful by Kieren Pratt, Emirates Golf Federation representative of the Emirates PGA. He expressed gratitude to Lincoln for their support and to all the participating amateurs and the host club. The Emirates PGA aims to become a key part of the UAE golfing community, working alongside golf clubs and key stakeholders in the region.

The event saw strong competition as Mclaren’s team narrowly edged out Stuart Smith’s team by one point in a field of 21 teams. With Mclaren leading the team with a personal score of one-under-par 71, they showcased their skills and teamwork to secure the win. The winning team’s consistent performances and strategic play on the front nine led them to victory.

In the team standings, Mclaren’s team took the top spot with 91 points, followed closely by Smith’s team with 90 points. Jules Lompech and David Laing tied for second place with three under par 69. Additionally, the individual division saw Bell leading the pack with his impressive score of 68. The event featured a competitive field of skilled professionals showcasing their talents on the course.

The successful event at Yas Links Abu Dhabi sets the stage for future Emirates PGA calendar events, with a strong schedule ahead for the upcoming years.
