Manchester City made history in English football by winning their fourth consecutive Premier League title after defeating West Ham 3-1. Phil Foden scored two early goals, with Mohamed Kudus pulling one back for West Ham. Rodri then scored to secure the win for City, breaking Arsenal’s hopes of taking the title. Arsenal finished in second place after beating Everton 2-1.

City now holds the record for the only English team to win four straight top-flight titles, surpassing the achievements of Liverpool and Manchester United. Foden, who had an impressive season, scored a total of 27 goals and 11 assists. His goals yesterday helped City secure their title, with an emotional Jurgen Klopp bidding farewell to Liverpool after nine trophy-filled years.

In other matches, Luton’s relegation was confirmed with a loss to Fulham, while Tottenham secured fifth place and a spot in the Europa League with a 3-0 win over Sheffield United. Chelsea guaranteed a sixth-place finish with a 2-1 win against Bournemouth. Newcastle’s win condemned Manchester United to an eighth-place finish, their lowest since 1990.

City fans were filled with jubilation as their team secured another title, with Foden’s magic on display in the final crucial moments of the season. Arsenal fought hard but fell short, as City proved to be too strong. With this historic win, City cements its legacy as one of the greatest teams in English football history.

The final day of the Premier League season was filled with excitement and drama, as teams fought for their place in the league. Tottenham and Chelsea secured European spots, while Luton, Burnley, and Sheffield United will be relegated to the Championship next season. The season ended with emotions running high, as teams celebrated their victories and said farewell to departing coaches.
