The Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2024, set to take place in Qatar, has been generating buzz and excitement through a recent activation at the historic Silverstone Circuit in the UK. Visit Qatar, in collaboration with Lusail International Circuit (LIC), launched a unique initiative featuring a giant Ferris wheel adorned with branding for the upcoming Grand Prix. This eye-catching display at the British Grand Prix 2024 serves as a visual spectacle for attendees and showcases Qatar as an exciting destination for global travelers.

As part of this activation, Visit Qatar is offering a chance for two lucky fans to win an all-inclusive trip to the Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2024. The prize package includes flights, luxurious accommodations, and Grandstand race tickets, providing winners with a firsthand experience of the thrilling F1 racing action in Qatar. Beyond the racetrack, the winners will also have the opportunity to explore Qatar’s rich cultural offerings, from bustling souqs and world-class museums to vibrant beaches and desert adventures.

During his visit to Silverstone, Abdulrahman bin Abdullatif Al Mannai, President of Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) and LIC, engaged in productive discussions with key figures in the motorsport world. In meetings with Formula 1 President and CEO Stefano Domenicali, FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem, and F1 Academy Managing Director Susie Wolff, Al Mannai explored future opportunities for collaboration and discussed strategies to promote diversity and opportunities for aspiring female drivers in the region.

The rain-impacted race weekend at Silverstone saw Lewis Hamilton secure his ninth victory in his home town, marking his final Grand Prix with Mercedes. Max Verstappen, the reigning champion, claimed second place, with Lando Norris of McLaren rounding out the podium. Looking ahead, fans worldwide are eagerly anticipating the Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2024, with LIC and F1 leadership continuing to work together to ensure another spectacular event in Qatar.

The successful activation at Silverstone, showcasing Qatar’s Grand Prix, has set the stage for an exciting and unforgettable event in 2024. With ongoing collaborations between LIC and F1 leadership, the Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2024 promises to be a highlight on the motorsport calendar.
