The Justice Ministry’s Taradhi dispute resolution digital platform has seen incredible success since its introduction, with over four million beneficiaries utilizing the platform. More than two million electronic reconciliation sessions have been conducted through Taradhi, resulting in over 370,000 reconciliation agreements being issued. The platform covers a wide range of cases, including personal status, traffic, real estate, penal, commercial, intellectual property, financial, and medical malpractice disputes. The Conciliation Center under the ministry has been conducting reconciliation sessions through Taradhi, which is accessible at taradhi.moj.gov.sa. The platform offers fully electronic procedures that save time and effort for users.

The main goal of the center is to promote a culture of reconciliation within society and position it as the preferred method for resolving disputes both socially and economically. Certified conciliators manage disputes across various tracks within an institutional framework. Reconciliation documents issued through Taradhi are enforceable through the Enforcement Court in the event of a breach of the agreements. The user experience on Taradhi has been continuously improving with features that streamline and expedite reconciliation procedures, reduce human workload, and enhance system stability through electronic integration with internal entities and data exchange between systems.

The success of Taradhi highlights the importance of digital platforms in streamlining dispute resolution processes and providing efficient and effective solutions for users. The platform offers a convenient and accessible way for individuals to resolve their disputes without the need for extensive legal processes or court involvement. By promoting a culture of reconciliation, Taradhi aims to reduce the burden on the traditional legal system and provide a faster and more cost-effective alternative for resolving disputes.

The wide range of cases covered by Taradhi demonstrates its versatility and effectiveness in addressing various types of disputes. From personal status to commercial and financial disputes, Taradhi offers a comprehensive solution for users seeking reconciliation. By offering fully electronic procedures, the platform saves time and effort for beneficiaries, making the process more convenient and efficient.

In addition to its successful track record, the Taradhi platform continues to enhance the user experience by incorporating new features that improve system stability and streamline reconciliation procedures. By integrating with internal entities and enabling data exchange between systems, Taradhi ensures a seamless and effective process for users. The platform’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement is reflected in its efforts to provide a user-friendly and efficient platform for dispute resolution.

Overall, the success of the Taradhi platform in resolving disputes and promoting a culture of reconciliation is a testament to the importance of digital solutions in modern society. By offering a fast, efficient, and accessible platform for users to resolve their disputes, Taradhi has become a valuable resource for individuals seeking effective and timely solutions. With its continued commitment to innovation and user satisfaction, Taradhi is set to further revolutionize dispute resolution processes and provide a more streamlined and efficient alternative for users in the future.
