Dubai Police is offering job opportunities for university graduates and high school diploma holders in Dubai. The 2024 UAE Careers Fair ‘Ru’ya’ is taking place from September 24th to 26th at the Dubai World Trade Centre. There will be a total of 175 job vacancies available, with 50 positions for university graduates and 125 for high school graduates. Interested candidates can apply for these positions using smart technology at Dubai Police’s stand at the fair.

Applicants must be UAE nationals, at least 18 years old, hold a high school or university diploma from a recognized educational institute, pass required tests and medical examinations, and have a clean record without any criminal involvement or dismissal from previous services. Major General Ahmad Mohammed Rafea highlighted that Dubai Police’s participation in the careers fair aims to empower young Emiratis in security roles. Recruiting UAE nationals, both males and females, is a top priority for Dubai Police to make Dubai a safe city and enhance community happiness through innovation.

In the past three years, Dubai Police has offered a total of 504 job vacancies through career fairs, with a consistent presence at the UAE Careers Fair. This initiative allows Dubai Police to meet and evaluate the skills and ambitions of university graduates and high school diploma holders for careers in law enforcement. It is part of Dubai Police’s commitment to providing Emirati nationals with opportunities to join a dynamic and pioneering police force that is recognized both locally and globally for its excellence in law enforcement and security.

Dubai Police will provide electronic devices at the careers fair for interested candidates to apply for jobs through the online portal. This move aligns with the organization’s goal of making the recruitment process more accessible and efficient for potential applicants. By participating in the fair and providing job opportunities to young Emiratis, Dubai Police aims to support the strategic goal of empowering local talent in security roles and working towards a safer and happier community.

The success of Dubai Police’s recruitment efforts at the careers fair is evident in the number of job vacancies offered over the past three years. By actively engaging with university graduates and high school diploma holders, Dubai Police can identify and nurture talent for future roles within the organization. This dedication to supporting young Emiratis in pursuing careers in law enforcement reflects Dubai Police’s commitment to fostering a skilled and diverse workforce that can contribute effectively to the security and wellbeing of the community.
