The Jiwan restaurant team from the National Museum of Qatar recently took over Le Dalí at Le Meurice hotel in Paris for a week-long culinary event during the Olympics. Headed by talented chefs Morgan Perrigaud, Jeremy Cheminade, and Lucas Fourdrinier, Jiwan showcased authentic Middle Eastern cuisine that combined traditional ingredients with modern techniques to highlight the diverse flavors of Doha.
